IrrigationX is a hardware companion app that controls IrrigationX irrigation hubs you own. We built it to collect as little as possible.
A pairing token and your hub's ID, kept on your device, so the app can reconnect to your own hub. That's it. No account, no email, no name, no location, no advertising identifiers.
When you control your yard away from home, commands relay through cloud.irrigationx.net. The relay processes your hub ID, pairing token, and the commands/status in transit. Watering history lives on your hub, not on our servers. We do not sell or share any data. No analytics or ad SDKs.
Optional upgrades (such as Range+) are purchased on irrigationx.net and processed by our payment provider; the app itself takes no payment.

If you add a phone number in the app, IrrigationX sends you automated text alerts about your own system: a zone or hub going offline, a security sensor tripping, a scheduled watering that did not run, or a low battery. Message frequency varies with activity on your system. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share or sell your mobile number with any third party for marketing or any other purpose; it is used only to deliver the alerts you asked for. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or remove your number in the app. Reply HELP for help or email irrigationxsupport@gmail.com.
