IrrigationX Alerts — text message program
IrrigationX Inc. makes a smart irrigation system: a hub, wireless valve zones and sensors, run from the IrrigationX app for iPhone and Android. Owners can choose to get text message alerts about their own system.
What we send
Account notifications only, triggered by the owner's equipment: a zone or the hub went offline or came back, a zone did not water as scheduled, a zone battery is low, a security sensor on the property tripped. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
Example: “IrrigationX — North Ranch. Fruit Trees did not water as scheduled. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
How you opt in
Opt-in happens only inside the IrrigationX app, by the system owner: Settings → Text alerts. The owner turns on “Send text alerts”, types in the mobile number(s) to alert, picks which events to hear about, and taps Save. This is what that screen shows:

Numbers are never collected any other way, and never bought, rented or shared.

Privacy
